Project Overview
Set in the distinctive Holyrood neighbourhood, this bathroom installation breathed new life into a dated and understimulating suite. Previously characterised by cramped layout, ageing sanitary ware, and minimal storage, the space demanded a full-scale transformation. Our objective was to deliver an upscale yet thoughtfully designed bathroom, integrating high-quality plumbing, electrical and bespoke joinery solutions—meticulously calibrated to the local character and lifestyle of Holyrood modern residents.
Our Solutions
The project began with a total strip-out of old fittings, floor coverings, and redundant services. Our team applied a modern waterproof membrane system to walls and floors, ensuring 100% protection against moisture. We relocated the shower and bath valves, installed a premium thermostatic bath-shower mixer and gas central heating -connected heated towel rail. NICEIC-registered electricians installed ceiling lights, illuminated vanity mirror lighting, and a low-noise extractor fan humidity control. We incorporated a bespoke, moisture-resistant vanity unit complete with soft-close drawers and integrated storage niches. The aesthetic was completed metro porcelain wall tiles, contrasted by a textured stone floor tile, adding both visual appeal and practical traction.
