The client sought a comprehensive bathroom refurbishment—including plumbing, electrics, waterproofing, and custom joinery—that felt both contemporary and connected to this leafy district’s character.
Our Solutions
We began with a full strip-out, clearing outdated sanitaryware, tiles, and wiring. A waterproof membrane was meticulously applied across walls and floor. Plumbing upgrades saw the installation of a sleek bath-shower mixer, repositioned valves, and a new heated towel rail tied by our Gas Safe-certified engineers. Our NICEIC-qualified electricians rewired the bathroom, adding recessed LED downlights, and a whisper-quiet extractor fan on its own circuit. The aesthetic was completed with stone-effect porcelain tiles, decorative glass blocks, and a frameless glass shower screen—creating a refined yet practical space that complements the Blinkbonny locale.
